check windows compilation / binary + installer
and get a reliable way to provide windows installer

cool, I originally reported a bug for this, so I immediately tried it out:
using visual studio 2008, I had to add the function
inline double rint(double nr)
double f = floor(nr);
double c = ceil(nr);
return (((c-nr) >= (nr-f)) ? f :c);
for the rest, it works!

cool, may i ask few questions ? :
- which version did you try ? i've done quite some modifications last few days
- could we add this (through some #define for msvc) in opale in an easy way?
- are you able to provide a binary without dll ? currently, using the nsi script found in the source, i'm able to provide an installer that installs opale+dlls for qt+dll for mingw32. I would like to have just one runnable binary
